About Us

Welbournes Bakery was acquired by Stuart & Joanna Hancock nearly two years ago and much has happened within that time including all the challenges following the global Coronavirus pandemic.   We thank all our customers for their support over this time.

Welbournes Bakery is renowned for its plum bread as well as its speciality and artisan breads, we are pleased to announce that with the recent additions to our production team that we are making our own pork pies, sausage rolls, scotch eggs as well as the sweet and savoury pies that we have always produced.

In May 2023 it was confirmed through the National Bakery Awards that Welbourne's really is the best Bakery in Lincolnshire!

Our recently opened tearoom serves all our freshly made produce for you to sit and enjoy in relaxing surroundings with a pot of tea or a speciality Stokes coffee or choose from a range of cold drinks.
